Three and four station machines, with the middle punch, trimming set and tray stacker matched to the trim.

Heavy gauge mold & cutting jig
Heavy gauge tool with mechanical design. Thicker sheet, larger parts: the tool stays flat and the jig puts the cut in the same place every time.

3D punch & die stamping mold
Where the trim line is not flat. Ground to the formed geometry so the cut edge stays clean across the field.
Forming, punching and stacking
On a multi-station line the pressure forming mold forms the parts, the punch and die cuts them from the sheet, and the stacker collects them.
